All orders come with a valid 14 day period in which you can return your items (undamaged and in their original packaging) for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

 

 

 

IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE READ

Our journals are wrapped in plastic during production, for protection during delivery. Your item will no longer be eligible for a refund if this plastic is removed as we will not be able to re-sell this item. Proof that this plastic has not been removed will need to be sent to customer support before your refund is started.

Please note that shipping costs are not eligible for a refund and only the amount paid for the item will be refunded upon completion.

Currently, we are unable to provide pre-paid shipping labels. When returning products to us, we recommend using a tracked or signed shipping service for your peace of mind. Unfortunately we do not currently offer free returns.​

Once approved by our team you will receive a full refund to the same payment method used to purchase.
