HOW IT WORKS

Take a sneak peak inside our journal, where every page has been carefully designed to help you to build discipline, achieve your goals and sky rocket you towards success

The layout of our journal is as follows:

The first pages of our journal are designed to allow you to evaluate your life, break down and remove bad temptations, visualise and plan your next steps by setting detailed goals, and ultimately create a plan to propel you towards the future life you desire.

Once you have completed this section, the second stage of our journal progresses into 12 separate months.

Each month is split into 3 main sections:

1. Monthly Discipline tracker - to track habits throughout the month

2. Weekly Journal - to keep yourself accountable day by day

3. Monthly Check-in - to review your performance at the end of each month

How the Monthly Discipline tracker works:

 1. Start by filling in what you want to track, e.g No junk food.

 2. Flip back to the discipline tracker each day and cross off the days that you manage to stay disciplined and complete the task.

 3. Once the month is over, tally up your score and work out your longest streak.

 4. You should aim to beat your previous record month by month until you manage to achieve a full months streak consistently.

Our monthly check-ins provide an opportunity to reflect on progress, highlight your biggest wins, and identify areas for improvement. Performing a monthly review of your progress is crucial to ensure that you are track towards achieving your goals, and it also gives you time to make any necessary adjustments before going into the next month.
